MCD’s social enterprise — MCD Enterprises — began in 2010 as the City’s lead provider of neighborhood & community beautification services for the South LA portion of Los Angeles City Council District 9. The professional crew trains and hires local youth and young adults to help beautify the neighborhood. Today, MCD Enterprises is also a State-licensed general contractor and painting company.
